HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can place an order directly through our website. Simply choose your preferred item, select the size, and proceed to checkout.

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Check the spam or spam tray, your confirmation email may be there. If you do not find it, you can write to contact@geneofrebel.com and we’ll locate it. If it’s necessary, we would change the purchase email and forward it. Please, tell us your full name.

WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PRODUCTS?

Machine wash works for all our products. Air-dry. Avoid dry cleaning. Use cold water to avoid colour bleed & shrinkage. Do not iron on the print directly.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

All online orders are eligible for free shipping Pan-India. International orders have an additional charge which is mentioned at the time of checkout basis the delivery address.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email from us with your tracking information and estimated delivery date which is provided by our shipping aggregation service. For international orders, we use a local courier service provider and will contact you personally on the tracking number for the same.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?

We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, until specified with a date of shipping (in case of pre-orders). Please check your spam folder in case our email was redirected there. Kindly allow us 2-5 working days for your order to be delivered. International orders take 5-10 working days to get delivered.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Purchases can be done through the following payment methods: Credit Card/Debit cards, Amex, Digital wallets and UPI. Please note that we accept COD too.

MY TRANSACTION HAS FAILED. WHAT DO I DO?

If you have received an order confirmation email and a follow-up email mentioning that your transaction has failed, do not worry. Your order will be shipped as this would be a glitch with our payments aggregator. Once an order number has been generated, your order will be shipped and delivered as per our policy.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY?

Yes. We accept cash on delivery Pan-India.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
